Cam + Nat || Vancouver Wedding Photographer || Vancouver Deer Lake Park Wedding
What can I even say about these two Gems…..
From the moment we had our first meeting at Starbucks I knew I wanted to work with Cam & Nat! They had this beautiful & fun energy and I just knew I wanted to be the one to document their wedding…And I am so thankful they chose me!
Like so many 2020 weddings, all their plans changed. What was suppose to be a large wedding at the Ellis building here in Vancouver, quickly turned into a 50 person backyard wedding.
And it was perfect!
The Ceremony & reception took place in the groom’s parents backyard, which was just minutes away from Vancouver’s Deer Lake Park - which was where we took their portraits (Hello beautiful landscapes!!).
Cam & Nat’s backyard wedding was full of balloons, Smiley faces, Cute little Etsy Vases, and just the hugest smiles and laughter from everyone who attended.
I know there has been a lot of disappointment around weddings during covid. Having to let go of plans, reschedule dates, and be ok with the idea of a smaller wedding. But I do have to say, this summer I photographed the most beautiful small, intimate & intentional weddings and they are some that I will remember forever. There is still so much goodness and beauty in small backyard weddings!
